Tribute
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lois Joy Parker, late of Bargo.
Lois left our world on Sunday 22nd February 2026, aged 81 years.
She was dearly loved by her husband Laurie and beloved mother and mother-in-law to Denise, Liz and Nick.
Lois was dearest grandma “Ma” to her grandchildren Justin, Kobi, Abe, Summer and Taylor.
Great grandma to Lachlan.
Funeral Details
The funeral service for Lois will be held on 27th February 2026, commencing at 2.00pm.
Thirlmere Cemetery, 120-120A Station Street, Thirlmere.
After which a wake at Waratah Highlands Village, 25 Tylers Road, Bargo.
All are welcome.

Dearest Laurie, Liz and Summer, my sincerest sympathy to you all on the sudden and extremely sad passing of Lois.
I always felt a deep connection with Lois and enjoyed her company immensely despite our infrequent contact as adults. It was a lovely surprise to reconnect when Summer went to SGHS.
What a gorgeous photo accompanying this tribute page which reminds me of when my mother, Aunty Rae, was alive.
