Passed away peacefully.
Much loved father of Steven and James.
Cherished pop of Chester and Felicity, Oaklee, Piper, Sophie, Taeya and Indi.
Beloved son of Doris and Ted (both dec.)
Devoted brother of Kay (dec.), brother of Bruce and loving uncle to Kylie and Leanne.
Ray will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by family and friends.
Funeral Details
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday 14th October 2026, commencing at 12.00pm
St Stephens Anglican Church, 79 Westbourne Avenue, Thirlmere NSW.
Light refreshments will follow the service at The Tahmoor Inn, 2715 Remembrance Drive, Tahmoor NSW.

RIP Ray was a great guy and good work mate . Condolences to his family
Worked with Woody for around 10 years doing many various jobs around the pit ….. never in all those years did we have any problem getting the job done
We worked extremely well together
Will miss you matey 👍👍👍
Started our mining careers at Valley 3 back in 1975 lots of great times we had
His father Ted was our clerk
