Passed away on the 6th August 2024, at Grasmere Terrace, Carrington Aged Care, Werombi.
Aged 87 years.
Dearly loved wife of Gerald.
Loved mother of Paul and Janice.
Grandmother of Alissa, Keryn, Jonathan and Nicholas.
Great Grandmother of Calliope, Henry, Sebastian, Victoria, Andrew, Lucy, Austin and Norah.
Funeral Details
Family and friends of Phyllis are kindly invited to her funeral service which will be conducted on Monday 19th August 2024, at 10.30 am.
The service will take place in the South Chapel, Forest Lawn Crematorium, Camden Valley Way, Leppington.
