Terry Hammerton, proud truck driver. Late of Yerrinbool

Born 23rd September 1945, sadly passed away on 26th October 2025 aged 80 years.

Loving and caring husband of Rosemary (dec) and father of Melissa, Tiffany, Troy, Terry and Scott. Father in-law to Lou, Guy, Meridy and Tammy.

Adored by his grandchildren Jared, Jai, Loren, Luca, Ilan, Isaac, Bodhi, Phoenix and Sebastian.

Loved son of Joseph (dec) and Eileen (dec) and brother to Brian (dec), Michael (dec) Lyn, Peter (dec) and Anne.

Deeply loved and never forgotten.

Funeral Details

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Terry’s funeral service, to be held at Rookwood Memorial Park, 1 Hawthorne Avenue Rookwood.
Thursday 6th November 2025 commencing at 10.30 am in the South Chapel.

Following the service, Terry will be laid to rest at 11.30 am.

It’s hard to understand why people are taken from us , but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of a well lived life , and may happy memories carry you through this sorrowful time

Thank you. If Dad could have kept on driving I’m sure he would of. I think he retired a few times, but always ended up in a truck again. I know they would have had many great driving memories.
